Hilife Construction
An apartment block roof garden project for Hilife Construction, Croydon.
Together with the London Borough of Croydon, London & Quadrant Group employed HiLife Construction to build a new apartment block to serve the needs of the people of Croydon. Greencraft were commissioned to create the roof garden and communal spaces for the project.
These centralised apartments cleverly utilised a dead roof space by turning it into an idyll of calm. We created a warm and inviting space with the use of curved decking, green screens for protection & privacy and a range of irrigated planting all centrally managed and controlled whatever the weather.
