Commissioned by Newlon Housing Association & London Borough of Islington this 11 storey building was our first roof garden. The build up of a Roof garden is paramount ensuring all the correct layers are adhered to for a safe and watertight solution.

Once the thermal insulation layers were in place we could add the finishing surfaces:- decking, resinbound surfacing and raised planters to 2 levels. This was complemented by street level tree planting & paving to give the finishing touches to this A skyline to behold from this salubrious north London address.
